Job Description

1. Carry out annual Sales revenue target to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions.
2. Cooperate with channel partner to leverage business communities to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions
3. Build strong sales pipelines and enhance new customer onboarding for business growth
4. Cooperate with Marketing Team and Technical Team to arrange trainings and workshops to customers to enhance brand awareness and improve collaboration
5. Provide overall pre-sales and post-sales support at account level to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customers' usage on Alibaba Cloud
6. Be an industrial expert to help the team hit its overall revenue target and build solid ecosystem by offering internal cross trainings, knowledge and experience sharing, and contributing to teamwork spirit
7. Work with HQ back office functional division to collaborate and contribute to overall product, solution and operation enhancements

Position Requirement

1. Bachelor (or above) degree with at least 7 years of sales expertise in the IT or cloud computing sector with a proven track record of success.
2. Possesses outstanding skills in interpersonal communication, along with the ability to present and write effectively in both Bahasa and English.
3. Well-connected within the Indonesian Retail and Logistics Enterprises, especially with big logos.
4. Proficient in English as the working language, with Bahasa Indonesia as the native language.
5. Being comfortable within a multinational corporation that values cultural diversity and rapid expansion.
6. Skilled in leading and coordinating the collaborative efforts of various resources in a large organization, including managing both internal and external teams, as well as other relevant groups.
7. Displays a quick adaptability to change, adept at conflict resolution, and ensures collaborative efforts across teams or departments while upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity.
8. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
9. Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet critical deadlines.
10. Possession of Alibaba Cloud certification or certifications from other public cloud providers is considered a bonus.
