Deputy General Manager of Thailand Branch (Focus on Sales and Operations)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Office established with existing Chinese and Thai staff)

Language Requirements: Chinese, English, Thai

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the business strategy for the Thailand branch in alignment with the group's tasks. Determine the operating principles and business model for the Thailand branch.
Establish management and business systems for the Thailand branch, manage the team, and enhance business processes.
Efficiently integrate resources, establish, and refine the supply chain management system, and reasonably control management costs.
Based on the company's business plan, allocate and continuously optimize the human resources of the sales team to enhance the team’s organizational capabilities.
Build and lead the team, regularly analyze the market, adjust operational strategies and plans in a timely manner, formulate preventive and corrective measures, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications:

Over 5 years of comprehensive operational experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Experience working in Thailand, familiar with local laws and regulations related to logistics.
Knowledgeable in import and export trade, logistics distribution, and supply chain system operations.
Experience in independently building a new team.
