Position: Customs Specialist (Location: Indonesia)

Job Description:

1. Manage daily import and export operations, ensuring smooth and timely customs clearance processes.
2. Prepare and review import and export clearance documents and apply for relevant permits.
3. Ensure timely import of materials and timely export, providing necessary documentation to clients.
4. Maintain consistency between ERP/SAP data and customs information.
5. Engage in daily communication and public relations with local customs authorities.
6. Update import and export records, organize, and archive clearance documents.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Professional training in logistics management and customs affairs.
2. Familiar with customs declaration, inspection processes, import and export operations, and logistics and warehouse management.
3. Proficient in using office software.
4. Strong communication skills, high sensitivity to data, and strong logical thinking.
5. Fluency in Chinese and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages preferred.
6. Previous experience in large enterprises is preferred, with strong stress management and communication abilities.
7. No specific educational background or religious beliefs required.
