岗位职责：
- 负责处理进出口货物的清关手续，包括但不限于报关、报检、备案等工作，确保符合相关法规和标准。
- 跟踪监控货物的清关进度，及时解决可能出现的问题，确保货物顺利通过海关。
- 与海关等相关部门保持密切沟通和合作，协调处理相关文件和证件。
- 协助客户解决清关过程中的问题和疑问，提供专业的咨询和建议，维护良好的客户关系。
- 熟悉并遵守相关法规，不断更新清关政策和流程，保证操作合规性。
岗位要求:
- 具有相关的清关工作经验，熟悉泰国的进出口货物清关流程和法规。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与客户和相关部门保持良好的关系。
- 具有解决问题的能力和应变能力，能够在压力下高效工作。
- 具备良好的泰语和英语沟通能力，能够与国际客户进行有效的交流。
- 对国际贸易和物流行业有一定的了解和认识，有相关证书或资格者优先考虑。

Customs Management（Thailand）
Salary Range: Monthly RMB 20-30K
Location: Thailand

Responsibilities
1.Responsible for handling customs clearance procedures for import and export goods, including but not limited to declaration, inspection, registration, etc., ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
2.Track and monitor the customs clearance progress of goods, promptly address any arising issues to ensure smooth customs clearance.
3.Maintain close communication and cooperation with customs and other relevant departments, coordinating the handling of related documents and certificates.
4.Assist clients in resolving problems and answering questions during the customs clearance process, providing professional consultation and advice, and maintaining good client relationships.
5.Be familiar with and adhere to relevant regulations, continuously update customs policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
1.Have relevant customs clearance work experience, familiar with Thailand’s import and export customs clearance procedures and regulations.
2.Possess good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to maintain good relationships with clients and relevant departments.
3.Have problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to work efficiently under pressure.
4.Have good communication skills in Thai and English, able to communicate effectively with international clients.
5.Have a certain understanding and knowledge of the international trade and logistics industry, candidates with relevant certifications or qualifications are preferred.
