Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling customs clearance procedures for imported and exported goods, including but not limited to customs declaration, inspection, filing, etc., to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Track and monitor the customs clearance progress of goods, solve possible problems in a timely manner, and ensure that the goods pass through customs smoothly.
3. Maintain close communication and cooperation with customs and other relevant departments, and coordinate the processing of relevant documents and certificates.
4. Assist customers to solve problems and questions during customs clearance, provide professional consultation and advice, and maintain good customer relationships.
5. Familiar with and comply with relevant laws and regulations, continuously update customs clearance policies and procedures, and ensure operational compliance.
