Customer Service Specialist (Workplace: Asia) RMB 5k-7k·13 Salary

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the Amazon platform-US group, mainly communicating with customers in the form of email;
  1. Properly handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction with products and services, handle pre-sales and after-sales work, and maintain the good operation of the account. Collect and feedback product information to provide product decision-making basis for other departments;
  1. Handle customer orders in a timely manner and track the progress of the order to ensure that the order is completed smoothly and on time;

Qualifications:
