Country Manager (Brazil/Mexico/Australia) - Remote Work

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement marketing strategies for the assigned region, lead the team in conducting marketing activities in each country, and manage order progress to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets.

2.Lead the team in planning and coordinating online and offline resources, channel layout, development, and expansion, and conduct detailed market development for overseas markets.

3.Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and their dynamics, and develop sales strategies for overseas markets.

4.Implement market promotion strategies to enhance brand reputation and influence.

5.Build talent pipelines, facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination, resolve key and complex issues within the department, and handle conflict events.

6.Communicate and maintain relationships with major clients, and effectively control and issue risk warnings for key aspects of foreign trade business.

7.Lead the team in regularly participating in overseas trade shows and business trips.

Requirements:

1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International 2.Economics and Trade, English, Spanish, Russian, Italian, French, German, Turkish, 3.Arabic, or other related language majors with proficiency in the corresponding      language.

4.Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the foreign trade industry, with at 5.least 3 years of experience in foreign trade management.

6.Personal Qualities: High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, strong logical thinking skills, and the ability to mentor team members and close deals.

7.Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local country policies, customs clearance, freight, insurance, inspection, and other procedures.

任职要求：

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，国际经济与贸易，英语、西班牙语、俄语、意大利语、法语、德语、俄语、土耳其语、阿拉伯语相关专业或其他专业对应语种熟练掌握；

2、工作经验：5年以上外贸行业经验，3年以上外贸管理工作经验；

3、个人素质：具备高度责任心，积极主动，逻辑思维能力强，具备团队成员辅导能力和促单能力；

4、熟悉当区国家政策，报关、货运、保险、检验等手续。
