Job Description:
1. Job responsibilities
Inquiry and quotation:
o Responsible for electrical engineering project inquiry work, including but not limited to equipment, materials and services.
o Communicate with Malaysian or Chinese suppliers to obtain quality quotes and negotiate prices.
o Make reasonable quotation plan according to project demand and market condition.
Cost analysis:
o Analyze and optimize local costs to ensure that project costs are reasonable and competitive.
o Monitor and control project costs during implementation, identify and resolve cost anomalies in a timely manner.
o Create and manage project cost ledgers and report costs to management regularly.
Supplier Management:
o Maintain and expand supplier resources, establish stable supplier relationship.
o Evaluate supplier qualification and performance to ensure supplier quality and service level meet company requirements.
Documents and reports:
o Prepare and organize various business documents, including inquiries, quotations and contracts.
o Prepare project progress report and cost analysis report to ensure smooth project execution.
Communication and coordination:
o Maintain good communication with project team, suppliers and customers to ensure the flow of information.
o Coordinate internal and external resources to solve business problems encountered during project execution.
2. Job requirements
Educational background:
o Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, engineering management, Business administration or related field.
Work experience:
o 1-3 years relevant work experience, with electrical engineering project operation experience.
Professional Skills:
o Proficient in business communication and document processing in both Chinese and English.
o Skilled use of office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), with strong data analysis skills.
Personal Qualities:
o Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
o Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to handle complex business affairs independently.
o Attention to detail, good professional ethics and confidentiality.

2. Job requirements
Educational background:
