一、职位描述:

  1. 协助并支持人力资源系统、流程、政策及程序的制定、实施、持续优化与发展。
  2. 负责招聘流程,涵盖职位发布、简历筛选、面试组织及员工入职等各个环节。
  3. 管理员工档案,确保所有相关文件的准确无误与合规性。
  4. 提供员工关系管理服务,解决员工问题,促进和谐的工作关系氛围。
  5. 协助制定并落实员工培训与发展计划。
  6. 深入了解沙特劳动法,确保公司政策与程序符合当地法律法规要求。
  7. 协助处理员工福利与薪酬管理事务。
  8. 与公司各部门紧密合作,确保人力资源策略与公司整体目标保持一致。

二、职位要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业背景。
  2. 至少拥有3年相关行业工作经验。
  3. 熟练掌握英文,能够流利地进行书面与口头沟通,同时需具备一定程度的阿拉伯语语言能力。
  4. 对沙特劳动法有所了解,或愿意在入职后迅速掌握相关知识。
  5. 具备出色的组织能力、沟通技巧及人际交往能力。
  6. 能够在快节奏与多任务的环境中保持高效工作。
  7. 拥有优秀的解决问题与决策制定能力。

1. Job description:

  1. Assist and support the formulation, implementation, continuous optimization and development of human resources systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
  2. Responsible for the recruitment process, covering all aspects such as job posting, resume screening, interview organization and employee onboarding.
  3. Manage employee files to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all relevant documents.
  4. Provide employee relationship management services, solve employee problems, and promote a harmonious working relationship atmosphere.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development plans.
  6. Gain in-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws to ensure that company policies and procedures comply with local laws and regulations.
  7. Assist in handling employee benefits and salary management matters.
  8. Work closely with all departments of the company to ensure that human resources strategies are consistent with the company's overall goals.

2. Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management or related professional background.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant industry work experience.
  3. Proficient in English, fluent in written and oral communication, and a certain level of Arabic language ability.
  4. Have some understanding of Saudi labor laws, or be willing to quickly master relevant knowledge after joining the company.
