Job Description
- 主导证券在线服务系统的需求分析、架构设计与VC++模块开发
- 独立完成核心交易模块编码、调试及性能优化（开发环境：VC++ 6.0）
- 作为PL协调中日开发团队，把控项目进度与交付质量
- 编写日文技术文档，参与日方需求会议与系统联调
- Leading the requirement analysis, architecture design and VC++ module development of securities online service system.
- Independently completed the coding, debugging and performance optimisation of core trading modules (development environment: VC++ 6.0).
- Coordinate with Chinese and Japanese development teams as PL to control the project schedule and delivery quality.
- Write Japanese technical documents, participate in Japanese requirement meetings and system tuning.
Qualifications & Skills
- 精通VC++ 6.0开发工具，5年以上C++实际项目经验
- 具备SE/PL级别独立开发能力，有金融/证券系统开发经验者优先
- 日语能力：能流畅阅读技术文档，参与日语会议讨论（JLPT N3及以上）
- 熟悉Socket通信、多线程编程及高并发系统设计
- 在家办公和出勤结合（每周去日本出勤1 - 2次）
- Proficient in VC++ 6.0 development tools, 5+ years of practical project experience in C++.
- SE/PL level independent development capability, financial/security system development experience is preferred
- Japanese language skills: fluent in reading technical documents and participating in Japanese language conference discussions (JLPT N3 and above)
- Familiar with socket communication, multi-thread programming and high concurrency system design
- Combination of working from home and travelling to Japan (travelling to Japan 1 - 2 times per week)
