Job Description
- 参与本田车载系统的设计、开发与性能优化
- 负责嵌入式C/C++代码编写、模块调试及系统集成
- 对接日本技术团队，完成需求分析、技术文档编写及跨文化沟通
- 参与车载软件全生命周期管理，确保符合车规级质量标准
- Participate in the design, development and performance optimization of Honda's in-vehicle system.
- Responsible for embedded C/C++ code writing, module debugging and system integration.
- Interfacing with Japanese technical team to complete requirement analysis, technical documentation and cross-cultural communication.
- Participate in full life cycle management of in-vehicle software to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 日语商务水平（能独立进行技术会议/邮件沟通，JLPT N2及以上证书持有者优先）
- 4年以上C/C++开发经验，精通Linux嵌入式开发环境
- 熟悉多线程编程、内存管理及性能优化技术
- 具备良好的数据结构与算法基础
- 在家办公和出勤结合（每周去日本出勤1 - 2次）
- Japanese business level (able to communicate independently in technical meetings/emails, JLPT N2 and above certificate holders preferred)
- 4+ years of C/C++ development experience, proficient in Linux embedded development environment
- Familiar with multi-thread programming, memory management and performance optimization techniques
- Good foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Combination of working from home and traveling (traveling to Japan 1 - 2 times per week)
