Channel Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage sub-dealers for Hytera product lines.
  2. Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  3. Identify and manage a network of authorized sub-dealers.
  4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  5. Collaborate with marketing for effective campaigns.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  2. Proven track record in sub-dealer management.
  3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business practices.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Fluency in English and French/German.
  6. Ability to travel frequently within the region.
