Channel Development Manager(Malaysia) - Remote Work

 Responsibilities:

1.Identify, evaluate, and develop potential local or Southeast Asian logistics suppliers for warehouse and transportation services, building a database of local or Southeast Asian suppliers.

2.Engage and communicate with potential local or Southeast Asian suppliers to assess their collaboration potential.

3.Negotiate prices and contract terms with local or Southeast Asian suppliers to maximize cost-effectiveness.

4.Maintain and develop relationships with existing overseas suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and cooperation.

5.Draft, review, and maintain contracts with local or Southeast Asian suppliers to ensure that contract terms align with company policies and interests.

6.Conduct regular cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher.

2.At least 3 years of experience in logistics projects and supplier management.

3.Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with some data analysis skills.

4.Fluent in English as a working language.

5.Strong negotiation and premium pricing skills.

6.Honest, outgoing, with a high sense of responsibility and a strong desire to learn.

7.Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment.

4.维护和发展与现有海外供应商的关系，确保供应商的持续改进和合作；

5.起草、审核和维护本地或东南亚供应商的合同，确保合同条款符合公司政策和利益；

6.定期进行成本分析，寻找降本机会点。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上；

2. 3年以上的物流项目及供应商管理经验；

3.熟练掌握使用word、Excel和PPT，具有一定的数据分析能力；

5.具有较强的谈判能力和溢价能力；
