Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the credit business in Mexico, responsible for the overall business KPI in Mexico, and reporting to the group headquarters.
2. According to the group's strategic goals, achieve initial architecture design and team building;
3. Coordinate the management of risk control, technology, operations, products, and debt collection departments, and complete the implementation of business in Mexico;
4. According to the group's strategic goals, complete the key milestones of early business development on time, including product launch, daily order volume growth, user growth, and financial return indicators.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of experience in financial technology, and a senior executive in a well-known Fintech company;
2. Have a deep understanding of the Mexican financial market and financial overseas business, and have successful experience in local credit project operations;
3. Outstanding project management skills, possessing strategic planning, organizational coordination, innovative learning, and other abilities;
4. Having entrepreneurial passion, results oriented, broad vision, strong leadership, self driven and team driven abilities, good interpersonal coordination and communication skills;
5. Have a good awareness of operating costs and risks;
6. Reliable character, strong ability to withstand pressure, down-to-earth, diligent, meticulous, willing and willing to accept new attempts and challenges, and strong initiative in exploration and innovation.
