Job Description
Responsibilities:
⚫ - Find potential influencers & agencies who will be partners on the platform, develop relationships, find new idol
⚫ - Independently responsible for agencies, developing strategies to grow and retain idols/agencies and foster strong relationships with them
⚫ - Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, users to support Idols and agencies
⚫ - Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance, quantity, quality and revenue growth of the application.
⚫ - Be a positive contributor to the team and organization
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements:
⚫ Fluent English and Vietnamese is mandatory required
⚫ Strong communication skills – phone, email, text message, and in person
⚫ Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly
⚫ A strong social media presence and knowledge
⚫ Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personality types of people
⚫ Hyper-organized and self-motivated
⚫ Experience in social networking is a plus
