Brand Manager / Planning Director (Thailand)

Salary: THB 80,000 - 100,000 per month

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
1.Brand Strategy Planning and Execution: Responsible for formulating the overall brand strategy for the company’s products, including brand positioning, image building, and communication strategies. Supervise implementation to ensure continuous enhancement of brand value.
2.Market Promotion and Marketing: Plan and execute various market promotion activities, such as online and offline advertising, PR events, and event marketing, to increase brand awareness and reputation.
3.Supplier Coordination: Interface with and coordinate suppliers for execution of related matters, ensuring smooth implementation of activities.
4.Market Analysis and Insights: Closely monitor market dynamics and conduct industry trend, competitor, and target audience analyses to provide data-driven support for company decision-making.
5.Product-Market Fit: Based on market demand and competitive landscape, guide the product department in optimizing the product line to ensure precise alignment with market needs.
6.Media Marketing and Channel Management: Oversee the layout and optimization of media marketing channels (e.g., social media, search engines) to enhance online traffic conversion efficiency.
7.Team Management and Development: Lead and manage the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of efficient collaboration and creativity.
8.Budget and Cost Control: Develop marketing promotion budgets and effectively control costs to maximize ROI for marketing activities.
9.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the company to jointly achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
2.Work Experience: At least 8 years of experience in marketing within the real estate industry or related sectors, with at least 3 years in a senior management role such as Brand Director or equivalent.
3.Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate marketing processes, extensive experience in brand management, market planning, and promotional execution.
4.Competencies:

1.品牌策略规划与执行:负责制定公司地产品牌的整体战略规划,包括品牌定位、品牌形象塑造、品牌传播策略等,并监督执行,确保品牌价值的持续提升。

任职资格:

3.专业知识:熟悉房地产市场营销流程,具备深厚的品牌统筹管理、市场策划和推广执行经验。
