岗位职责:
- 发现和开发客户:负责发现、接触并营销中大型客户,建立并维护良好的客户关系,作为项目负责人管理从商机到回款的整个销售流程,确保年度销售目标的达成。
- 销售方案制定:深入了解公司各产品模块,根据客户需求和产品成本,制定合理的销售价格,并整合输出解决方案。
- 市场信息反馈:积极收集市场信息,及时反馈给团队,协助团队更好地了解市场动态。
- 销售计划制定:制定个人及团队销售计划,深入挖掘行业头部客户,实现业务模式创新,并树立行业标杆,提升公司服务口碑和品牌影响力。
- 泰国市场开发:专注开发泰国市场中有跨境业务需求的客户,完成销售指标,并主导大客户的投标工作。
- 客户关系维护:定期拜访重要客户,进行月度/季度的KPI回顾,维护并巩固客户关系。
- 项目管理:为每个项目指定项目经理,按照周、月、季、半年、年度的时间维度进行复盘和优化,确保项目顺利进行。
- 全链路跟进:负责跟进所负责客户从线索到回款的全流程指标,包括客户报备数量、商机转化率、客户成交率、发货率以及回款及时率等。
任职要求:
- 销售经验:至少1年及以上销售经验,熟悉出口海空运、海外仓配、小包业务。有2C跨境电商或大型甲方企业物流经验者优先考虑。
- 自我驱动:具有自我驱动能力,能承受压力和挑战,富有创新精神和强烈的企图心。
- 组织与沟通能力:具备良好的组织能力、表达能力、应变能力和商务谈判能力。
- 客户服务意识:具有良好的客户服务意识,能够有效维护客户关系。

BD Manager (Based in Bangkok, Thailand) 15-25K
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Identify, engage, and market to mid-to-large clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to payment, ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Understand the company's product modules, set competitive pricing based on customer needs and product costs, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Actively collect market information and feedback to the team, aiding in deepening the team’s understanding of market trends.
- Sales Planning: Develop individual and team sales plans, deeply explore top-tier industry clients, drive business model innovation, and establish benchmarks to enhance the company's service reputation and brand.
- Market Expansion in Thailand: Focus on developing clients in the Thai market with cross-border business needs, achieving sales targets, and leading major client bids.
- Client Relationship Management: Regularly visit key clients, conduct monthly/quarterly KPI reviews, and strengthen client relationships.
- Project Management: Appoint project managers for each project, conduct reviews and optimizations on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis to ensure smooth project execution.
- End-to-End Sales Follow-up: Track all client-related metrics from lead to payment, including client reporting numbers, opportunity conversion rates, client closing rates, shipment rates, and timely payment rates.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, familiar with sea/air export logistics, overseas warehousing, and small package services. Experience in 2C cross-border e-commerce or logistics for large enterprises is preferred.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, able to handle pressure and challenges, with a strong spirit of innovation and ambition.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service awareness, with the ability to effectively maintain client relationships.
- Learning Ability: Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new knowledge.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in either English or Thai as a working language (preference given to those with superior Thai language skills).
- Proficient in Office Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PPT and Excel.
