BD City Manager(柬埔寨)

薪资范围: 20,000 - 30,000 CNY/月

工作内容:

  1. 负责所辖城市的销售目标战略落地,通过人员培养、团队组建、策略制定与执行,以及资源分配,打造高效的城市经营团队;
  2. 根据销售任务制定本部门的销售策略及计划,管理销售团队,推动客户需求调研,严格把控销售过程,持续检核销售动作,贯彻执行公司的销售策略和流程;结合市场竞争情况,动态调整城市销售策略及采购策略;
  3. 协同城市其他部门,针对资源需求和协同需求进行必要的沟通与推动,与公司各部门紧密合作,及时处理销售过程中出现的问题,并持续优化策略和计划。

任职要求:

  1. 具备创业精神,能够接受长期驻外的工作环境,具备从0到1的城市级外卖新业务拓展能力;
  2. 具备O2O行业工作经验,有知名外卖平台背景者优先(如饿了么、美团等),对O2O行业有深入理解和思考;
  3. 具备2年以上管理20人以上BD商务拓展团队的经验;
  4. 具备国际外卖商务拓展经验者优先。

Position: BD City Manager (Based in Cambodia)

Salary Range: 20,000 - 30,000 CNY/month

English Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the sales objectives in the assigned city through team building, training, strategic planning, and resource allocation, creating an efficient city operations team;
  2. Develop sales strategies and plans for the department based on sales targets, manage the sales team, drive customer demand research, closely monitor the sales process, and ensure the execution of the company’s sales strategies and processes. Adjust city sales and procurement strategies dynamically according to market competition;
  3. Collaborate with other city departments to address resource and coordination needs, ensuring effective communication and cooperation with various company departments, promptly addressing issues that arise during sales operations, and continuously optimizing strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

  1. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt to a long-term expatriate work environment, and capable of leading city-level new business development in the food delivery sector from the ground up;
  2. Experience in the O2O industry, preferably with a background in well-known food delivery platforms (e.g., Ele.me, Meituan), with a deep understanding and insights into the O2O sector;
  3. Over 2 years of experience managing BD/Business Development teams of more than 20 people;
  4. Experience in international food delivery business development is preferred.
