Job Description
1、Communication to dig customer project needs and provide reasonable solutions to help customers get the project:.
2、Training customer product technical knowledge, to help customers quickly familiarize with the product program;.
3、Write product technical information to help customers quickly familiarize with product configuration;.
4、Rapidly solve customers' daily product technical problems to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service.
Qualifications & Skills
1, bachelor degree or above, computer, electronics, communications and other science and technology related majors preferred; fluent in English;
2, more than 1 year of pre-sales technical support category work experience in intelligent hardware products;
3, have good communication expression, analysis and summarization ability and teamwork spirit.
