ASA Sales (Remote Position for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)

Salary: SGD/MYR/IDR 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Location: Remote, based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:
1.Client Development and Relationship Management: Responsible for developing the company's ASA business among local advertisers in Southeast Asia, including business outreach, negotiations, contract signings, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining stable and long-term client relationships.
2.Customer-Centric Solutions: Stand in the customers' shoes to understand their needs and provide personalized, professional business cooperation plans and revenue enhancement proposals that align with product features.
3.Sales Target Achievement: Independently acquire sales leads and meet the performance targets set by the company.
4.Market Information Collection: Gather market information and promptly report it to superiors and relevant departments; coordinate to resolve issues arising from project operations.
5.Exploration of New Opportunities: Based on the company's business development needs, seek out and explore new resources and business directions.

Qualifications:
1.Preference given to candidates with sales experience at major overseas media platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and those who have existing client resources.
2.Familiarity with overseas market environments, especially in sectors like social applications, tools, e-commerce, automotive, video, etc.
3.At least 2 years of experience in expanding markets within internet/mobile internet advertising, particularly those with experience in mobile ad networks or industry connections.
4.Excellent communication skills and techniques, clear logical thinking, strong goal orientation, and a keen awareness of customer management.
5.Ability to handle work pressure, possess sharp market insight, and demonstrate good teamwork spirit.

岗位职责:
1、负责开发公司ASA业务在东南亚本土的广告主,完成商务接洽、谈判、签约及回款并维护好客户关系,实现稳定长期合作关系;
2、立足于客户立场,了解客户需求,结合产品特性,为客户提供个性化、专业化的商务合作方案和收益提升计划;
3、能独立获取销售业务线索,完成公司下达的既定业绩目标;
4、收集各种市场信息并及时反馈给上级和相关部门,同时协调解决项目运营反馈推进中的问题;
5、根据公司业务发展需要,寻找、挖掘新的合作资源,探索新业务方向。

任职要求:
1、有Facebook、Google、TikTok等海外主流媒体销售经验、有客户资源者优先;
2、 熟悉海外市场环境,了解应用市场社交、工具、电商、汽车、视频等行业。
3、2年以上互联网/移动互联网广告市场拓展经验,有移动网盟工作经验或有行业资源者优先;
4、 有良好的沟通能力和技巧,逻辑思维清晰,目标明确,有强烈的客户管理意识;
5、 能够承受工作压力,具备敏锐的市场洞察力和良好的团队协作精神。
