Job Description
## Financial Management and Compliance
- Responsible for the financial accounting, financial statement preparation and consolidation of overseas subsidiaries/branches, ensuring compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) and the accounting standards of the host country (e.g., IFRS/US GAAP, etc.).
- Oversee tax compliance, coordinate local tax filing, tax planning and transfer pricing management, and avoid cross-border tax risks.
- Liaise with audit firms and coordinate the completion of annual audits and internal control inspections of overseas companies.
## Fund and Foreign Exchange Management
- Manage the overseas fund pool, optimize cross-border capital flows, and reduce foreign exchange costs and risks.
- Monitor foreign exchange fluctuations, formulate hedging strategies, and ensure asset security.
## Budgeting and Cost Control
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets for overseas business, track the analysis of implementation deviations, and put forward improvement suggestions.
- Participate in the investment evaluation of overseas projects, and analyze the financial feasibility and return on investment.
## Business Support and Decision-Making
- Provide financial data support (such as pricing, payment terms, credit evaluation, etc.) for overseas sales and supply chain teams.
- Identify financial risks in business operations (such as accounts receivable, inventory turnover) and promote process optimization.
## Team Collaboration and System Construction
- Coordinate the headquarters and overseas financial teams to promote the localized implementation of financial systems (e.g., ERP).
- Train local financial personnel overseas to improve the professional capabilities of the team.
Qualifications & Skills

✔Bachelor’s degree or above;
