Duties & Responsibilities

  • RF/Analog/Mixed Signal Design, Development and Evaluation of connectivity IC for short range RF wireless applications such as Bluetooth, WLAN, Zigbee, NFC, GNSS, IoT etc

Skills/Experience 

  • PhD in Microelectronics/Digital Communication/EE
  • RFIC design experience in RF/Analog/Mixed signal circuits using CMOS/SiGe/GaAs process
  • Must have strong knowledge in RF/Analog design and verification flow using CAD simulation and verification tools from Cadence, Keysight (Formerly Agilent) and Mentor Graphics etc
  • Hands-on experience in the design of RF/Analog/Mix signal blocks such as (but not limited to) PA/ LNA/Mixer/VCO/Filter/VGA/PLL/ADDA, PMU etc
  • In depth knowledge and design experience in mixed-signal systems and circuit design/verification of PLL/frequency synthesizer will be a plus
  • Good knowledge in RF/Analog evaluation flow and operation of test equipment to evaluate RFIC performance
  • Some experience in script writing such as pearl, skill, matlab etc will be advantageous
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and creative skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
