AGV售后服务工程师（越南）

月薪：1-1.5万人民币

岗位职责：
1.负责海康AGV客返品、故障品维修工作；
2.通过不断学习和总结维修经验，建立AGV售后维修经验库，努力提升维修技能和维修效率；
3.负责通过电话、远程等协助用户或公司其他人员解决AGV产品问题；负责提供客户维修保养方面的培训与指导；
4.负责AGV维修手册文档编写及输出；协调资源处理和解决售后服务投诉问题。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，机械机电类专业；
2.熟悉电子、电气相关知识和常用仪器的使用；
3.了解基本电路工作原理，能进行电路原理图的分析；熟悉机械结构、液压系统的知识；
4.有海康AGV实施、售后、维修经验者优先；
5.态度要温和，有耐心，具有团队合作精神；
6.中文沟通顺畅，并可读写，懂英文更佳；
7.可接受一定程度的出差安排。

AGV Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Vietnam)

Monthly salary: 10,000-15,000 RMB

Job responsibilities:
1. Execute the implementation, operation and maintenance of AGV project according to the project plan;
2. Work closely with project manager to implement project reporting mechanism and complete project delivery quickly;
3. Can undertake the installation, construction and implementation of customers' system software and hardware platform, assist customers in the implementation of the system and provide good training services and timely response services.

Job Requirements:
1. Fluent communication in Vietnamese and Chinese;
2.1 years of equipment maintenance experience, college degree or above;
3. Familiar with the installation and debugging of warehouse automation equipment system; Familiar with system integration knowledge, strong document writing ability, CAD is preferred;
4. Have project management implementation experience, understand warehousing automation, AGV equipment.
