Regionoperating duty
1.Responsible for calculating employee attendance, salary, and commission
2.Responsible for handling personnel procedures such as employee recruitment, interview arrangements, hiring, social security, contracts, etc
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and managing the collection of items
- Drafting and management of general administrative documents
- Communicate with colleagues at headquarters or branch offices, arrange and organize various meetings and activities of the company
- Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors
Qualifications for the position
- Bachelor's degree, with 1 year or more of administrative related experience preferred
- Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Possess solid writing skills and familiarity with office software (including Word, PPT, Excel, PS, etc.) operation
- Good image and temperament, upright character, honesty and trustworthiness, strong sense of work responsibility
- Good communication skills, logical and organized, able to summarize, with good understanding and flexibility of people and things
- Serious and rigorous work attitude, attention to details, possessing good psychological qualities and teamwork spirit
- Local graduates from Hong Kong and graduates from cooperative universities between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area will be given priority consideration
