Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the Fiber to the x sector. You will work closely with both existing clients and potential clients to understand their needs, develop strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of FTTx technologies, market trends, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and objectives, and effectively communicate these internally to ensure client satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue within existing client accounts.
Prospect and secure new clients within the FTTx market segment.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to FTTx technologies.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Develop strategies to position the company's FTTx solutions effectively in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the telecommunications industry or other related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
