We supply and export spare parts for construction machinery (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Doosan, Hitachi, and others) to clients around the world.
We are now building a global sales team and looking for motivated professionals ready to grow with us and earn based on real results.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
•Respond to customer inquiries via CRM and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, email, etc.)
•Offer products and help customers choose the right spare parts
•Work with Google Sheets and Bitrix24 CRM (training provided)
•Build long-term relationships with clients, provide support, and generate repeat business
•Process incoming leads and follow up with previous customers
•Keep daily activity and performance records
Qualifications & Skills
What We Expect:
• Sales experience is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of construction machinery or at least cars
• Responsible, proactive, and fast communicator
• Quick learner (product training and support will be provided)
• Conversational English (other languages are a plus)
• Interest in working in international trade and a fast-paced team
• Having a laptop or personal computer .
•Accept a salary form of no base salary and pure sales profit sharing
