Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: Achievement of performance targets
1. Participate in the formulation of the overall marketing strategy of the overseas business department, provide constructive opinions, and formulate marketing plans;
2. Develop overseas market business, guide and supervise the implementation progress of sales work in various markets in the region;
Responsibility 2: Overall cost and profit management
1. Track and analyze various expenses, guarantee profits, and ensure the rationality of expenses
Responsibility 3: Customer Service and Management
1. Plan the customer layout in the overseas sales region and supervise the implementation of business in the region;
2. Achieve customer market indicators and manage market order;
3. Process information feedback from channel customers in the region and establish a communication mechanism for channel customer management;
4. Follow up on dealer payments to ensure timely and efficient resolution in accordance with the company's financial policies;
Responsibility 4: Market Monitoring and Analysis
1. Pay attention to the development and changes of overseas markets, the development of competing brands, and changes in consumers, collect relevant information and promptly feedback to superiors;
2. Maintain the stability of product market prices in the overseas sales region, cooperate with the work of relevant departments of the company, educate, guide, punish or replace illegal customers;
Responsibility 5: Safe Operation and Risk Prevention and Control
1. Coordinate the safe operation of marketing, export customs declaration and other aspects in all aspects of overseas;
2. Coordinate and handle complaints about product quality, customer service, price stability, personnel management, etc. in overseas first-line markets to avoid and reduce various risks.
Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry or foreign trade or export business;
2. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Chinese and Indonesian;
3. Familiar with overseas market layout, foreign trade export process, and brand promotion.

2.开拓海外市场业务,指导并监督区域各市场销售工作的执行进度;
职责二:整体费用和利润管理
1.追踪、分析各项费用,保障利润,确保费用合理性
职责三:客户服务及管理
1.规划海外销售大区内的客户布局,并监督区域内业务落实执行;
2.达成客户市场指标,并进行市场秩序管理;
3.处理区域内渠道客户反馈的信息,建立渠道客户管理的沟通机制;
4.跟进经销商货款,确保按照公司财务政策及时高效解决;
职责四:市场监测与分析
1.关注海外市场发展变化、竞争品牌发展、消费者变化,收集相关信息及时反馈至上级领导; 2.维护海外销售大区内产品市场价格的稳定性,配合公司相关部门工作,教育、引导、处罚或替换违规客户;
职责五:安全运营与风险防控
1.统筹海外各环节的营销、出口报关等方面的安全运营;
2.协调处理海外一线市场有关产品质量、客户服务、价格稳定、人员管理等方面的投诉事件,规避、降低各类风险。
任职资格:
1.在快消品行业或外贸或出口业务领域工作3年以上;
2.本科及以上学历,中文、印尼语流利;
3.熟悉海外市场布局、外贸出口流程、品牌推广。
