Administrative and Compliance Document Translation: Translate internal management documents such as employee handbooks, job performance assessment systems, internship agreements, etc. assist in translating local Indonesian policy documents (such as forklift industry regulations, special equipment filing requirements, labor employment regulations), helping the company operate in compliance with the law.(b) Interpretation Work Business Scene Interpretation: Responsible for consecutive interpretation in scenarios such as negotiations between Chinese and Indonesian customers, business negotiations, and signing cooperation agreements, accurately conveying the needs of both parties (such as forklift sales plans, lease terms, and details of maintenance service cooperation), avoiding cross-cultural communicationstandings; assist in connecting with local Indonesian suppliers and distributors, ensuring smooth daily business communication. Technical Scene Interpretation: Accompany Chinese technicians to Indonesia for onsite forklift installation and commissioning, maintenance training, fault diagnosis, etc., providing on-site interpretation services to ensure accurate transmission of technical instructions; assist in the training local Indonesian employees (such as safe operation, maintenance skills training), building a bridge for technical communication between China and Indonesia. Conference and Event Interpretation: Respons for the interpretation of cross-regional meetings within the company (Chinese / English / Indonesian), local industry exhibitions in Indonesia, customer reception, etc., synchronously summarizing minutes to ensure information synchronization without omissions. II. Cross-Cultural Communication and Localization Adaptation Cultural and Contextual Adaptation: Optimize translation based on local Indonesian business etiquette and industry habits (such as adjusting the expression of marketing copy, the tone of business correspondence), avoiding cultural conflicts; assist the company in understanding culture of the Indonesian forklift industry, customer communication preferences, and improve the efficiency of localized operations. Terminology Database Establishment and Maintenance: Establish a trilingual terminology for the forklift industry (covering products, technology, business, compliance, etc.), regularly update and optimize, to ensure the consistency of translation; organize commonly terms and slang expressions in the local Indonesian forklift industry, to help the team quickly adapt to local communication. III. Business Support and Collaborative Support Sales Leasing Business Support: Assist in connecting with local Indonesian customers, translate customer inquiries (such as forklift models, rental prices, maintenance cycles), and feedback customer needs the Chinese team; participate in the follow-up of forklift sales and leasing projects, provide translation support, and promote project implementation. Maintenance Business Support: Translate of forklift faults and maintenance needs from local Indonesian customers, assist Chinese maintenance teams in formulating maintenance plans; synchronously translate maintenance progress, precautions, and feedback to Indonesian customers ensure smooth maintenance services. V. Other Related Work Assist the company in conducting market research in Indonesia, translate research data, industry reports, and provide support for the layout of the company's forklift sales, leasing, and maintenance business.
