Warehouse process establishment: In accordance with the overall requirements of the headquarters' supply chain, establish and improve the overseas warehouse management system and management process, and establish a standardized warehouse management system to ensure the normal operation of the daily work of the overseas warehouse.

2. Warehouse operation management: In accordance with the requirements of the headquarters' supply chain, manage overseas warehouses, improve the warehouse management work manual, strictly control inventory, increase the turnover rate of materials in overseas warehouses, and enhance the capacity of each warehouse.

3. Continuous improvement of warehouse management: Conduct warehouse inventory analysis and storage and transportation damage rate analysis, and formulate improvement plans;

4. Warehouse cost control: Based on the annual sales forecast of the headquarters, formulate and implement the annual budget for overseas warehouses, monitor various expense expenditures of overseas warehouses, and control the expense ratio.

5. Warehouse personnel training: Be responsible for the training of overseas warehouse personnel, establish a unified service standard for the company, and ensure the quality and quantity of daily work.
