Salary: Approximately €1,300 per month, negotiable for exceptional candidates.

Location: Serbia, can work from Home Office in Belgrade, the capital city.

Work Arrangement: Can be part-time.

Job Description:

1.Work with overseas business leadership team to understand business needs and provide HR solutions to support the    achievement of business objectives;

2.Manage overseas recruitment activities, from strategy development to execution,build overseas recruitment channels and ensure the right talent is attracted and recruited;

3.Design and implement employee performance evaluation system to promote the establishment and development of performance management culture;

4.Identify staff development needs, design and implement training and development programs to support staff career development;

5.Handle employee relations issues to ensure high employee satisfaction and low turnover;

6.Supportand guide management decisions on organizational change, restructuring and cultural development;

7.Ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with local laws and regulations and company standards;

8.Prepare and manage HR department budget to optimize cost effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field is preferred;

2.3 + years HR related working experience, 1+ years as HRBP or similar role, manufacturing / automotive/HR industry BP experience is preferred;

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of different cultural backgrounds;

4.Business insight and strategic thinking ability to align HR strategy with business objectives;

5.Good problem solving skills, able to make effective decisions in a complex and changing environment.

6.Language: English / Serbian

5.良好的问题解决能力,能够在复杂多变的环境中做出有效决策。
