合规总监 (工作地点：俄罗斯，莫斯科)

月薪范围： 具有吸引力，与市场标准一致。

性别： 不限（注：该职位对所有符合条件的候选人开放，无论性别。）

岗位职责：
1.管理业务和持牌公司的合规流程；
2.识别政策和法规、客户/交易方尽职调查、关系风险评估（KYC程序）；
3.控制程序，确保遵守既定政策和法规；
4.对授权机构询问的答复。

岗位要求：
1.掌握俄语, 英语或中文（至少双语），要求具备一定的口头表达能力。
2.熟悉并了解各合规领域的本地和国际立法（CRS/FATCA、制裁合规、《特定常规武器公约》）。
3.2 年或以上工作经验者优先考虑。

Job opportunity: Compliance Director(Moscow, Russia)

Monthly Salary: Competitive, aligned with market standards.

Responsibilities:
1.Manage compliance processes for the business and licensed companies;
2. Identify policies and regulations, customer/counterparty due diligence, relationship risk assessment (KYC procedures);
3.Control procedures to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations;

Requirements:
1. Good command of Russian, English or Chinese (at least bilingual), some oral communication skills required;
2. familiarity with and knowledge of local and international legislation in various compliance areas (CRS/FATCA, sanctions compliance, CCW);
3. 2 years or more working experience is preferred.
