钻机班长（Base：赞比亚） 

月薪RMB 15-25K

【岗位职责】

1. 技术能力和操作技能:钻机班长需要具备熟练的钻机操作技术，能够根 据工作需要准确地控制钻机的起动、停止、转向、变速等操作。此外，还需要熟悉各型 号钻机的结构、工作原理、技术性能和操作技能，以及钻机的维修和保养常识。

2.安全生产管理:钻机班长是班安全生产的第一责任者，负责协助机长做好班组日常的 安全生产管理工作。他们需要参与制定、落实本班组的安全生产责任制，接受安全生产 教育和培训，提高安全生产技能，增强事故预防和应急处理能力

3.施工质量和安全管理:钻机班长需要严格按钻孔设计和技术措施施工，保证钻孔的施 工质量，认真填写钻孔施工记录及台账。还需执行交接班制度，按时完成本班组任务。 在施工地点，钻机班长应对安全设施、通风等情况进行检查，发现问题及时汇报处理。

4.现场作业管理和监督:加强班组现场作业环境和作业情况的巡查，及时消除作业 现场的事故安全隐患。控制好施工钻孔的安全质量，把好安全生产关。每项工程开工 前，钻机班长需要对照钻探工的“手指口述”操作标准进行安全确认，然后再进行钻探施 工，以确保施工安全。

5.设备维护和管理:负责本班施工的工程管理，抓好工程进度，保证质量和安全。负责 钻机的操作和保养，排除一般性故障。熟练掌握现有钻探设备的使用与保养方法，学习 钻探方面的新技术、新工艺，不断改革创新。

6.教育培训和团队建设:组织本班职工参加安全生产教育培训及周一的安全例会，积极 参加各种安全生产活动，提高班组的安全技术水平。督促本班职工遵守各项安全规章制 度和正确使用安全设施、防护装置和安全防护用品。

任职要求：

1.教育背景： 中专及以上学历。

2.工作经验： 具有2年以上露天矿山钻机操作经验者优先考虑，熟练掌握钻机操作技能及维护保养知识。

3.技能要求：

a.熟悉钻机工作原理，能够独立完成钻孔作业。

b.具备良好的机械操作能力和故障排除能力。

c.熟练使用相关测量工具和记录设备，能够准确记录作业数据。

Drilling rig team leader (Base: Zambia)

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Technical ability and operational skills: The drilling rig leader needs to have proficient drilling rig operation skills, and be able to accurately control the starting, stopping, turning, shifting, and other operations of the drilling rig according to work needs. In addition, it is necessary to be familiar with the structure, working principle, technical performance, and operational skills of various models of drilling rigs, as well as common sense of maintenance and repair of drilling rigs.
2. Safety production management: The drilling rig leader is the first person responsible for the safety production of the team, and is responsible for assisting the captain in carrying out daily safety production management work of the team. They need to participate in the formulation and implementation of the safety production responsibility system for their team, receive safety production education and training, improve safety production skills, enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities
3. Construction quality and safety management: The drilling rig leader needs to strictly follow the drilling design and technical measures to ensure the construction quality of the drilling, and carefully fill in the drilling construction records and ledger. We also need to implement the handover system and complete the tasks of our team on time. At the construction site, the drilling rig leader should inspect safety facilities, ventilation, and other conditions, and promptly report and handle any problems found.
4. On site operation management and supervision: Strengthen the inspection of the team's on-site operation environment and operation situation, and promptly eliminate safety hazards at the operation site. Control the safety and quality of construction drilling well, and ensure the safety of production. Before starting each project, the drilling rig leader needs to confirm the safety of the drilling operation by comparing it with the "finger oral" operation standards of the driller, and then carry out drilling construction to ensure construction safety.
5. Equipment maintenance and management: Responsible for the engineering management of the construction team, ensuring project progress, quality and safety. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the drilling rig, troubleshooting general faults. Proficiently master the use and maintenance methods of existing drilling equipment, learn new technologies and processes in drilling, and continuously reform and innovate.
6. Education and training, and team building: Organize the employees of this team to participate in safety production education and training, as well as Monday's safety meeting, actively participate in various safety production activities, and improve the safety technical level of the team. Supervise the employees of this class to comply with various safety regulations and correctly use safety facilities, protective devices, and safety equipment.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Vocational school diploma or above.
2. Work experience: Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in operating open-pit mining drilling rigs are preferred, proficient in drilling rig operation skills and maintenance knowledge.
