Salary and benefits: 6,000 - 10,000 yuan per month.

1. Be responsible for the management of any project among intelligent warehousing, intelligent supply chain, freight forwarding for import and export, bonded logistics, domestic transportation, and warehouse management.
2. Be responsible for the management of the internal project team or the establishment of the project team, the control, training of team members, and the cultivation of new employees.
3. The introduction of new projects.
4. The docking of customer needs, customer maintenance, and in-depth development of customer needs.
5. Coordinate and communicate across departments and industries to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

1. Have a college degree or above, be a local person, be able to communicate in Chinese, have more than 5 years of management work experience, and have more than 3 years of work experience in the same industry.
2. Those who have experience in project management of warehousing, intelligent supply chain, freight forwarding for import and export, bonded logistics, domestic transportation, or warehouse management are preferred.
3. Have good coordination ability, relatively strong team management ability, and cross-department communication ability.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to pay timely attention to the progress of the project, and coordinate resources in a timely manner to ensure the completion progress of the project.
5. Have a relatively strong customer service awareness, be able to continuously improve customer satisfaction, dig deep into customer needs, and have the ability to develop business.
6. Have a relatively strong sense of teamwork and sense of responsibility, and the ability to connect business across departments.
7. Be able to develop and maintain relationships with international customers correspondingly.
8. Possess professional knowledge of international freight forwarding, have an honest and self-disciplined professional ethics, and have a steady personality.
