岗位一:采矿副总经理(外派岗Base:赞比亚及津巴)

【岗位职责】

本职工作:负责整个非洲江特项目矿产资源的开发利用及项目的综合运营管理,完成采矿系统和部门相关管理职能工作。

一、负责所有非洲项目矿产资源的开发利用及项目的综合运营管理。

1、及时掌握并督促执行所有非洲相关国家和公司有关法律、法规及方针、政策动态等;

2、组织研讨所有非洲项目采矿技术相关问题,以及对接非洲各国家及其部门或施工单位制定方案实施;

3、领导编制所有采矿项目各项技术措施计划,组织、审查各项合理化建议活动。

二、职责表述:参与非洲所有矿山设计的审查,负责指导编制非洲所有矿山采剥(技术)计划,并监督所有矿山采剥计划实施。

1、负责组织非洲所有矿山采剥计划的编制,制定非洲项目部年度生产综合计划;

2、负责监督和控制非洲所有的矿山安全生产体系,落实安全生产过程中的各项指标,确保每个项目采矿的安全生产;

3、负责非洲所有矿山采矿生产成本控制、技术经济指标控制;

4、负责每月对分管的工作有检查的小结并针对性分析和安排下步工作;

5、参与所有矿山采矿方面的生产、技术问题会诊,提出指导性意见。

三、负责部门内部管理工作。

1、负责提出本部门员工的招聘、培训、调薪、晋升、奖惩、辞退等方面的建议;

2、负责对本部门员工进行目标管理和绩效考核;

3、负责对本部门员工实施在职辅导和业务培训,培养建立高素质团队。

四、完成总经理及其他领导交待的工作。

 

【任职要求】:

1、教育水平:本科统招学历以上,中级及以上职称。

2、专业 采矿工程专业类。

培训经历 采矿管理及矿山安全生产管理培训。

3、经验 熟悉矿山的开采技术、开拓方法、井巷掘进、供电系统、通风系统、运输系统,有5-10年采矿工作经验,至少有3年以上直接从事矿山专业技术及矿山管理经验,至少有1年以上非洲工作经历。

4、知识 英语可作为工作语言,通晓非洲相应国家的权证办理流程及相关采矿专业知识,熟练使用三维采矿软件。

5、技能技巧 具备具有矿区规划、矿山开采设计、岩层控制技术及工程设计能力。

6、个人素质 具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及管理能力,综合素质佳。

7、其它:为人正直、诚实、无私心,原则性和责任心强,对企业忠诚。

[Job Responsibilities]
Main job: Responsible for the development and utilization of mineral resources in the entire Jiangte project in Africa and the comprehensive operation and management of the project, and complete the relevant management functions of the mining system and departments.
1. Responsible for the development and utilization of mineral resources in all African projects and the comprehensive operation and management of the project.
1. Timely grasp and supervise the implementation of relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and policy trends of all relevant African countries and companies;
2. Organize discussions on all African project mining technology-related issues, and connect with African countries and their departments or construction units to formulate and implement plans;
3. Lead the preparation of various technical measures plans for all mining projects, organize and review various rationalization proposal activities.
2. Responsibilities: Participate in the review of all mine designs in Africa, be responsible for guiding the preparation of all mine stripping (technical) plans for all African mines, and supervise the implementation of all mine stripping plans.
1. Responsible for organizing the preparation of all mining plans for African mines and formulating the annual comprehensive production plan for the African project department;
2. Responsible for supervising and controlling the safety production system of all African mines, implementing various indicators in the safety production process, and ensuring the safety production of each project;
3. Responsible for the control of mining production costs and technical and economic indicators of all African mines;
4. Responsible for the monthly summary of the inspection of the work in charge and targeted analysis and arrangement of the next step;
5. Participate in the consultation of production and technical issues in all mines and put forward guiding opinions.
3. Responsible for the internal management of the department.
1. Responsible for proposing suggestions on the recruitment, training, salary adjustment, promotion, rewards and punishments, and dismissal of employees in this department;
2. Responsible for target management and performance appraisal of employees in this department;
3. Responsible for on-the-job counseling and business training for employees in this department, and cultivating and establishing a high-quality team.
4. Complete the work assigned by the general manager and other leaders.

【Job requirements】:
1. Education level: undergraduate degree or above, intermediate and above professional title.
2. Major Mining engineering major.
Training experience: Mining management and mine safety management training.
3. Experience: Familiar with mining technology, development methods, shaft and tunnel excavation, power supply system, ventilation system, and transportation system of mines, with 5-10 years of mining experience, at least 3 years of direct experience in mining professional technology and mine management, and at least 1 year of work experience in Africa.
4. Knowledge: English can be used as a working language, familiar with the certificate handling process and related mining professional knowledge of the corresponding African countries, and proficient in the use of 3D mining software.
5. Skills: Possess the ability to plan mining areas, mine mining design, rock control technology, and engineering design.
6. Personal qualities: Strong organization, coordination, communication and management skills, and good comprehensive quality.
7. Others: Integrity, honesty, selflessness, strong principles and sense of responsibility, and loyalty to the company.
