【职位描述】:

- 统筹管理客户服务工作,确保为客户提供优质、高效的空运服务体验。

【职位要求】:

- 具备至少 3 年的空运操作经验,熟悉空运业务流程与客户服务要点;

- 流利掌握越南语、普通话,能够与不同地区的客户进行顺畅沟通;

- 勤奋努力,充满工作热情与责任感,能在压力下保持积极的工作态度(请注意:由于部分跨国客户可能存在时差问题,本职位可能偶尔需要您在下班后处理相关文件);

- 工作严谨细致,注重细节,以确保服务质量与效率;

- 忠诚担当,认同公司文化,维护公司利益,与公司共同发展。

【工作地点】:

【上班时间】:

- 周一至周五(早上8点-11点半 下午1点-5点半)    周六 (上午9点-11点半 下午1点-2点半)

【薪资待遇】:

- 试用期 3 个月,月薪 1000 美元;

- 转正后月薪提升至 1200美元。

Vietnam Customer Service Supervisor

【 Job Description 】 :
- Co-ordinate and manage customer service to ensure quality and efficient air service experience for customers.

【 Job Requirements 】 :
- At least 3 years of air operation experience, familiar with air business process and customer service points;
- Fluent in Vietnamese and Mandarin, able to communicate with customers in different regions;
- Hard working, enthusiastic and responsible, able to maintain a positive work attitude under pressure (please note: due to the time difference of some multinational clients, this position may occasionally require you to deal with relevant documents after work);
- Rigorous and meticulous work, attention to detail, to ensure service quality and efficiency;
- Loyal and responsible, identify with the company culture, safeguard the company's interests, and develop together with the company.

【 Salary 】 :
- Probation period is 3 months, monthly salary is 1000 USD;
- Increase to $1200 per month after becoming a regular employee.
