【岗位职责】
1、根据公司发展战略,制定客户营销战略,负责客户的开发、维护,完成年度营销任务;
2、整合资源,拓宽目标客户群体,开发新的客户资源,同时提高潜在客户的转化率;
3、管理客户开发工作,进行市场情况分析、反馈,完成客户年度开发指标;
4、配合公司战略方向,跟进船东资源,为市场部、销售提供支持。
[任职资格]:
1、越南语熟练,本科及以上学历,专业不限;
2、积极的沟通意愿、良好的表达能力、服务意识、团队管理意识;
3、工作思路及逻辑清晰,思维敏捷,有出色的执行力、强烈的进取心及开拓创新意识,一定的抗压性;

[Job Responsibilities]
1. According to the company's development strategy, formulate customer marketing strategy, be responsible for customer development and maintenance, and complete annual marketing tasks;
2. Integrate resources, broaden the target customer group, develop new customer resources, and improve the conversion rate of potential customers;
3. Manage customer development work, conduct market situation analysis and feedback, and complete customer annual development indicators;
4. Cooperate with the company's strategic direction, follow up on shipowner resources, and provide support for the marketing department and sales.
[Qualifications]:
1. Proficient in Vietnamese, bachelor degree or above, no major limit;
2. Active communication willingness, good expression ability, service awareness, team management awareness;
3. Clear work ideas and logic, quick thinking, excellent execution, strong enterprising spirit and pioneering and innovative awareness, and certain stress resistance;
