Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to join our team in Germany.
This position will be responsible for developing and managing distributors and
resellers, driving product growth and expansion in the local market. The ideal
candidate should have extensive experience in channel development and the
ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the distributor/reseller network to ensure coverage and
sales growth of the company's products in the German market.
- Identify and evaluate potential distributor partners, establish strategic
relationships, and increase market share.
- Maintain existing channel relationships to ensure stability and efficiency in the
product supply chain.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing to drive
channel marketing activities.
- Analyze market demand and competitive landscape, providing data-driven
recommendations for channel strategy adjustments.
- Provide channel support and training to ensure partners understand the products
and are equipped to sell them.
- Regularly report on sales performance and channel development, offering
suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in channel management, with experience in
working with distributors or resellers, preferably in the consumer electronics or
related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the German market and channel operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal
communication skills in both languages.
- A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
