Marketing Planning Manager (Thailand)

Salary: THB 70,000 - 80,000 per month

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for independently completing the creative and execution plans for offline activities, advancing and implementing them. They will also plan and organize significant public relations events, coordinate with internal teams, and liaise with external suppliers. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with suppliers to collect quotations and execution plans, ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of event planning.
2.Arrange venues, transportation, accommodation, logistics, production, setup, and other preparatory work to ensure smooth event operations.
3.Manage the quality, cost, and schedule of event implementation according to the execution plan, ensuring the successful conduct of each event.
4.Communicate, manage, and monitor vendors including production, technology, video services, etc.
5.Conduct timely summaries of events, organize and preserve event files and data, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
6. Handle public relations emergencies during events.

Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in PR, exhibitions, advertising, or event planning companies.
2. Possess the ability to coordinate offline activities, have a strategic mindset and strong execution skills; demonstrate excellent execution, planning, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
3.Strong organizational skills and excellent project management capabilities.
4.Passion for work, positive attitude, and ability to handle high work pressure and intensity.
5.Ability to travel domestically and within Southeast Asia or reside locally for extended periods.

工作职责:
能够独立完成线下活动相关的创意和执行方案,并统筹推进主导落实,策划并组织重要的公关活动,负责内部团队协调及外部供应商对接。具体如下:
1.根据公司项目需求确定活动策划:对接供应商收集报价表及执行计划,确保活动策划的准确性和可行性。
2.前期准备工作:安排活动场地、交通、住宿、运输、制作、搭建等前期准备工作,确保活动顺利进行。
3.活动实施管理:根据执行计划管控活动实施质量、成本和进度,确保各场活动顺利开展。
4.供应商管理:负责与包括制作、技术、视频等供应商的沟通、管理和监控工作。
5.活动总结:及时进行活动总结,整理保存活动文件及数据,完成上级主管交待的其他工作。
6.应急公关:负责活动突发状况的公关应急处理。

任职资格:
1.工作经验:具有5年以上相关工作经验,公关/展览/广告/活动策划公司优先。
2.能力要求:具备线下活动统筹能力、策划思维和执行力;优秀的执行能力、计划能力、谈判能力和统筹能力。
3.项目管理能力:工作条理性强,具备优秀的项目管理能力。
4.抗压能力:热爱工作,具备良好的工作积极性,能承受较大的工作压力和工作强度。
5.适应国内各城市及东南亚出差/阶段性常驻。
