美国海外仓资源拓展专家（工作地点：美国）

职位描述

1.寻找潜在的美国仓库服务商，建立并维护供应商关系，以获得有竞争力的仓库租金和服务报价；

2.与现有美国仓库服务商保持密切联系，定期收集并整理其在美国的仓库资源总量、运营状况、潜在的仓库资源扩展计划以及到期续租和退租趋势；

3.根据公司在美国的业务计划和仓库资源需求，制定详细的可用仓库资源、仓储费及相关服务价格升降汇总报表，其中包括潜在和现有美国仓库服务商；

4.支持亚马逊，速卖通等头部电商平台指配直送(Direct Fulfilment)业务模式的各项业务拓展需求；

5.协助美国新仓库的招标和旧仓的退出，与供应商进行沟通和仓库及服务的考核；

6.定期进行美国当前仓库租金和服务市场的月度价格调研和信息收集，并撰写相应报告；

7.支持美国当地港后物流运营和美国本地配送业务线的，对应的全链路资源拓展工作；

岗位要求：

1.熟悉美国仓库租赁市场的头部供应商，了解仓库租赁价格趋势和仓内服务价格，具备市场分析能力；

2.至少拥有一个，期待有多个仓库新开、扩张、退租、转仓、合并或优化项目的实际实施或项目管理经验；

3.熟悉仓配一体以及仓配分离的业务运营模式；

4.熟悉亚马逊Vendor Central Direct Fulfilment业务模式并有至少一年以上的实际工作经验

5.熟悉仓库管理系统，具备相关项目经验者优先考虑；

6.具备独立工作的能力，能够适应中长期的出差工作安排。

Overseas Warehouse Resource Expansion Expert ( Location: USA)

Job Description

1.Look for potential warehouse service providers in the United States, establish and maintain supplier relationships to obtain competitive warehouse rent and service quotes;

2.Maintain close contact with existing US warehouse service providers, regularly collect and organize their total warehouse resources, operational status, potential warehouse resource expansion plans, as well as trends in lease renewals and terminations in the United States;

3.Based on the company's business plan and warehouse resource requirements in the United States, develop a detailed summary report of available warehouse resources, storage fees, and related service price fluctuations, including potential and existing US warehouse service providers;

4.Support various business expansion needs for the Direct Fulfillment business model assigned by top e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and AliExpress;

5.Assist in bidding for new warehouses in the United States and exiting old warehouses, communicate with suppliers, and assess warehouses and services;

6.Regularly conduct monthly price research and information collection on the current warehouse rent and service market in the United States, and write corresponding reports;

7.Support the full chain resource expansion work for local port logistics operations and local distribution business lines in the United States;

Job requirements:

1.Familiar with top suppliers in the US warehouse rental market, understanding warehouse rental price trends and in warehouse service prices, and possessing market analysis skills;

2.Have at least one and expect to have practical implementation or project management experience in opening, expanding, terminating, transferring, merging, or optimizing multiple warehouses;

3.Familiar with the business operation mode of integrating warehouse and distribution and separating warehouse and distribution;

4.Familiar with the Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment business model and have at least one year of practical work experience

5.Familiar with warehouse management systems, with relevant project experience preferred;

6.Ability to work independently and adapt to medium to long-term business travel arrangements.

7.Bachelor's degree or above;

8.5 years of relevant work experience in overseas warehouses in Shanghai; (Experience in Internet industry is preferred)

9.Fluent in both Chinese and English;
