物流运营专员/助理（巴黎）

岗位职责

• 搜寻联络并维护本地区终端交付服务供应商DSP（Delivery Service Partner）资源；
• 协调并整合以合作和具备合作潜力的DSP供应商；
• 日常后台系统操作；
• 协助构建在Île-de-France地区和法国其他地区的运输和配送网络；
• 协助管理已开展业务的相关城市及地区的服务提供商；
• 安排和优化货物的运输线路，以提高效率和节约成本；
• 发掘和解决供应商的潜在问题，保证配送业务；
• 生成关于终端交付流程、趋势和性能的评估，以便优化和升级；
• 优化配送系统，提高服务供应商的运营质量以及运输和配送网络的质量。

任职资格

• 须具备有效的在法国的工作和居留许可；
• 行事逻辑清晰，学习能力强，对职能范围内工作认真负责；
• 具备强烈的责任感和团队精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；
• 能够及时有效地与合作方沟通，并迅速解决问题；
• 精通法语、普通话和英语；
• 对物流行业有兴趣及一定的了解程度，可以不具备相关经验。

 Logistics Operations Specialist/Assistant (Paris)

Job Responsibilities

• Search for and maintain local terminal delivery service provider DSP (Delivery Service Partner) resources;
• Coordinate and integrate DSP suppliers with potential for cooperation and collaboration;
• Daily backend system operations;
• Assist in building transportation and distribution networks in Î le de France and other regions of France;
• Assist in managing service providers in relevant cities and regions where business has been conducted;
• Arrange and optimize the transportation routes of goods to improve efficiency and save costs;
• Explore and address potential issues with suppliers to ensure delivery operations;
• Generate evaluations on terminal delivery processes, trends, and performance for optimization and upgrades;
• Optimize the delivery system, improve the operational quality of service providers, and enhance the quality of transportation and distribution networks.

Qualifications for the position

• Must have a valid work and residence permit in France;
• Clear logical reasoning, strong learning ability, and a serious and responsible attitude towards work within their functional scope;
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure;
• Capable of timely and effective communication with partners, and quickly resolving issues;
• Proficient in French, Mandarin, and English;
• I am interested in and have a certain level of understanding of the logistics industry, but may not have relevant experience.
