海外财务主管（Base：泰国）

【岗位职责】

1、根据集团总部财务总体要求，全面负责当地子公司财务团队管理和整体财务管理工作，包括推动落地执行总部政策指引、财经变革，主导本地公司财务团队及财务体系搭建，集团制度及本地财税法规遵从，内部流程制度化完善，财务核算、资金资产安全及风险管理等；

2、根据集团财务总体核算要求，建立有效的内外部财务报告标准与体系，包括但不限于本地法人财报、集团基础报表等月度标准财管报、本地税报、经营分析报告，对公司管理层和业务伙伴等输出相应的数据分析及合理化建议；

3、对所在市场进行必要的商业洞察，对金融市场、行业状况等商业环境有一定敏感度，能够专业高效响应市场经营发展的需求，提供财务层面的有效落地方案；

4、参与子公司重大事项的商务谈判，与内外部合作方、事业伙伴、政府人员、银行及外部机构人员建立良好合作关系；

5、完成子公司管理相关的各项财务工作及总部安排的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，会计学等相关专业；

2、具备3年以上跨国企业（零售行业优先）的财务工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验；

3、有财务全盘管理经验，具备跨国财务运作模式的经验，参与过组织内控流程设计、外部审计协作或重要的财务系统信息化搭建者优先；

4、为人正直、简单、务实、原则性强；

5、具备较强的团队合作和管理能力、高度的责任心和良好变革心态，阳光开朗，乐于拥抱变化；

6、具备较强的沟通能力和良好的抗压力；

7、英语四级以上，听说读写方面能作为工作语言；

【 Job responsibilities 】
1. According to the overall financial requirements of the Group headquarters, fully responsible for the financial team management and overall financial management of local subsidiaries, including promoting the implementation of the headquarters policy guidelines and financial reform, leading the local company's financial team and financial system construction, compliance with the group system and local fiscal and tax regulations, institutionalization and improvement of internal processes, financial accounting, capital asset safety and risk management;
2. According to the overall financial accounting requirements of the Group, establish effective internal and external financial reporting standards and systems, including but not limited to local corporate financial statements, group basic statements and other monthly standard financial management reports, local tax reports, business analysis reports, and output corresponding data analysis and rationalization suggestions to the company's management and business partners;
3. Have necessary business insight into the market, have a certain sensitivity to the financial market, industry conditions and other business environment, and can professionally and efficiently respond to the needs of market operation and development, and provide effective landing plans at the financial level;
4. Participate in major business negotiations of subsidiaries, establish good cooperative relations with internal and external partners, business partners, government personnel, banks and external institutions;

Job Requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, accounting or related major;
2, more than 3 years of financial work experience in multinational enterprises (retail industry is preferred), more than 2 years of team management experience;
3. Experience in overall financial management, experience in transnational financial operation mode, participation in internal control process design, external audit cooperation or important financial system information construction is preferred;
4, honest, simple, pragmatic, principled;
5, with strong team cooperation and management ability, high sense of responsibility and a good attitude of change, sunny and cheerful, willing to embrace change;
6, with strong communication skills and good pressure resistance;
7, CET-4 or above, listening, speaking, reading and writing can be used as a working language;
8. Can accept long-term overseas assignments.
