岗位职责:
1、负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;
3、负责公司人力资源战略的执行;
4、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作;
5、负责人力资源内部的组织管理;
6、分析相关资料,进行企业人力资源诊断,并对相关政策进行完善。
任职要求:
基本要求:
1、性别不限,全日制大学本科以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学等相关专业;
2、英语口语流利,头脑灵活,有良好的学习能力;
3、能吃苦耐劳,能常驻非洲工作。
专业要求:
1、3年以上人力资源管理经验,有大型制造型企业人力资源管理经验者优先考虑;
2、对招聘、薪资绩效、员工关系等工作有较为娴熟的经验;
3、较强的自我驱动能力,独立性强,主动积极解决遇到的问题;
5、具有优秀的沟通能力和组织管理能力。

Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the main goals and plans in its functional area, formulate, participate in or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;

Job Requirements:
