泰国子公司销售VP(Base:泰国)
年薪50-70万人民币总包
岗位职责:
1、制定实现公司战略规划及团队年度销售目标的具体销售策略,协助子公司负责人进行团队全面的经营管理及团队建设工作;
2、制定针对性的市场策略、渠道策略、产品策略、价格策略、竞争策略并实施监控、结果评估,对问题及时修正;
3、制定达成年度目标相关管理流程和规章制度,及时进行组织和流程的优化调整,保证组织体系的统一、高效;
4、执行市场拓展计划,发展客户关系,获得有效详细的客户需求,探索行业拓展的可行性;
5、管理团队的销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划,定期组织对团队成员进行业绩考核和专业培训,能强有力的将团队计划转变成销售结果;
6、关注于维护和提高公司市场竞争力。
任职资格:
1、条码碳带或标签/包装标识/追踪行业销售和销售管理经验5年以上,对碳带产品有一定了解;有经销商客户管理经验尤佳;
2、具有销售能力兼工厂运营能力;
3、热爱销售行业,对销售工作有激情,能适应经常性出差;
4、思维敏捷,性格开朗,良好的沟通表达能力,娴熟的销售技巧。
5、能够熟练使用泰语、英语,或者会泰宇、中文;如三种语言都会更加。

Sales VP of Thailand Subsidiary (Base: Thailand)
Annual Salary RMB 500,000-700,000 General Contractor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate specific sales strategies to achieve the company's strategic planning and the team's annual sales targets, and assist the head of the subsidiary in comprehensive management and team building of the team;
2. Formulate targeted market strategies, channel strategies, product strategies, price strategies, and competition strategies, and implement monitoring and result evaluation, and correct problems in a timely manner;
3. Formulate management processes and rules and regulations related to achieving annual targets, and optimize and adjust organizations and processes in a timely manner to ensure the unity and efficiency of the organizational system;
4. Implement market expansion plans, develop customer relationships, obtain effective and detailed customer needs, and explore the feasibility of industry expansion;
5. Manage the team's sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets and reward plans, regularly organize performance appraisals and professional training for team members, and can effectively transform team plans into sales results;
6. Focus on maintaining and improving the company's market competitiveness.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years of sales and sales management experience in barcode ribbon or label/packaging label/tracking industry, with a certain understanding of ribbon products; experience in dealer customer management is preferred;
2. Have sales ability and factory operation ability;
3. Love the sales industry, have passion for sales work, and can adapt to frequent business trips;
4. Quick thinking, cheerful personality, good communication skills, and skilled sales skills.
5. Able to use Thai and English proficiently, or Thai and Chinese; three languages will be even better.
