拓展经理(Base:印尼 雅加达)
月薪RMB 20-40K
岗位职责:1、制定目标区域市场的投资发展战略规划,制定符合公司发展及团队建设的业务发展方针和政策;
2、负责所管辖地区意向客户资料的收集、整理,与各意向客户洽谈、沟通、权衡比较并选择合作对象;
3、参与业务谈判,积极创造合作商机,促成意向客户与公司的合作;
4、负责部门外部事务的协调,及时解决与公司内部各部门、与合作伙伴产生的各种问题,保证业务开拓的顺利进行;
5、负责组织开拓外部资源,建立与其他各渠道的合作,能有效完成资源整合与互换;
6、结合公司优势资源,积极提高团队业务水平和团队整体业绩;
7、对合作方案、合同进行审核与成本风险监控,保证部门对外工作开展符合公司标准,保持公司品牌形象。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历,市场营销或管理、工科类专业毕业;
2、英语或印尼语能作为工作语言;
3、5年以上商务拓展类、市场类、营销类工作经验;3年以上代理加盟开拓、招商工作经验;
4、具有战略与创新能力,前瞻与决策能力,统筹与计划能力,领导与组织能力,外交与协调能力;
5、具备商业经营管理知识、相关法律法规知识;
6、具备客户服务意识,善于挖掘客户需求;
7、具备良好的职业道德和职业形象,具备团队合作精神及强烈的责任感和敬业精神;能接受长期驻外。

Development Manager (Base: Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities :
1. Make investment and development strategic plans for target regional markets, and formulate business development policies and policies in line with the company's development and team building;
2. Responsible for collecting and sorting out information of prospective customers in the jurisdiction, negotiating, communicating, weighing and comparing with prospective customers, and selecting cooperation partners;
3. Participate in business negotiations, actively create cooperation opportunities, and promote cooperation between intended customers and the company;
4, responsible for the coordination of external affairs of the department, timely solve various problems with internal departments and partners, to ensure the smooth progress of business development;

Job qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management or engineering;
2. English or Indonesian can be used as the working language;
