【岗位职责】
岗位JD:
- 空运客服主管:
- 负责处理客户关于空运服务的咨询、报价、预订以及售后服务等事宜;
- 协助航线向航司订舱,根据订单货型排舱;
- 处理客户的售后服务,包括投诉、赔偿等服务;
- 跟进货物运输进度,确保货物按时到达;
- 处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报,完成上级领导交办的其他任务,配合好其他部门的的工作。
要求:
- 中越流利(越南);
- 具备空运货代操作经验;
- 熟练使用办公软件;
- 性格细心、稳重、责任心强。

[Job Responsibilities]
Position JD:
- Air freight customer service supervisor:
-Responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after-sales services related to air freight services;
-Assist the airline in booking cargo with the airline and arrange the cargo according to the order type;
-Handle customer after-sales service, including complaints, compensation and other services;
-Follow up on the progress of goods transportation to ensure timely arrival of goods;
-Handle various emergencies and report to superiors in a timely manner, complete other tasks assigned by superiors, and cooperate well with the work of other departments.
requirement:
- Fluent between China and Vietnam (Vietnam);
- Have experience in air freight forwarding operations;
- Proficient in using office software;
- Careful, steady, and responsible personality.
