Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator (Ohio, USA)
Annual salary of 60000 US dollars
Founded in 2016, Gushen America is a soy protein supplier with offices and warehouse in Heath Ohio.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound-outbound, stock control and logistics management.
- To support and resolving any inventory control issues, such as dealing with pest control, and utilities companies.
- Process email ticket queries in a timely manner and provide relevant feedback to team members related/concerned
- Produce statistical data to include all stock count sheets/report and information regarding stock query and resolve sheets.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse data and produce inventory or sales reports or statements
- Carry out stock maintenance when counting stock and report any concerns regarding stock immediately to the Stock Control Supervisor
- Ensure all daily duties in the warehouse building are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Professionally work with outside vendors related to warehouse, such as pest control company, utilities company, general contractor.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the department/warehouse
- Provide training and support to colleagues as required by your manager
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
- Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
- Coordinate with broker for custom clearance of import products.
- Being able to field the majority of customer service inquires by emails,phones and live chats
Requirements:
