岗位职责:
1、全权负责墨西哥货运代理工作,包括客户BD、方案制定、客户报价制定;
2、制定并完成墨西哥货运整体年度、季度和月度单量指标、关键任务指标。制定并考核事业部所属员工的单量、关键任务指标,使事业部整体指标达成;
3、负责当地物流供应商开拓,做好供应商管理,完成物流服务产品的拼接;
4、负责区域潜在客户的商机挖掘。事业部内部销售管理形成闭环,包括陌拜、客户分析、签约进度分析等;
5、完成内外资源对接、推进项目合作签约、流程拉通、运营质量及单量目标;
6、制定并优化墨西哥成分公司的运营标准流程、针对供应商制定并优化运营规范,并定期对供应商的服务质量分析及考核;
7、负责市场竞对情报搜集,使区域营销获客能力在同行中更具备竞争优势。
8、负责对分公司所有项目进行定期复盘(月度/季度/半年/年度),维护良好的客户关系;
9、执行公司或上级交付的其他工作。
任职要求:
1,5年及以上国际物流行业销售及管理经验,精通出口海陆空、国际货代业务;
2,有中国至墨西哥干线物流服务商、国际货代客户资源者优先;
3,自我驱动,愿意接受挑战,有创新精神;
4,具有良好的组织能力、表达能力、应变能力、商务谈判能力;
5,英语/西语可作为工作语言,熟悉当地的人文风情、市场环境;

Job responsibilities:
1. Be fully responsible for the freight forwarding work in Mexico, including customer BD, solution formulation, and customer quotation formulation;
2. Formulate and complete the overall annual, quarterly and monthly order volume indicators and key task indicators for Mexico freight. Formulate and evaluate the order quantity and key task indicators of employees in the division to achieve the overall indicators of the division;
3. Responsible for the development of local logistics suppliers, good supplier management, and completion of the splicing of logistics service products;
4. Responsible for the exploration of business opportunities of potential customers in the region. The internal sales management of the division forms a closed loop, including cold calls, customer analysis, contract signing progress analysis, etc.;
5. Complete the docking of internal and external resources, promote project cooperation signing, process integration, operation quality and order quantity goals;
6. Formulate and optimize the standard operation process of the Mexican component company, formulate and optimize the operation specifications for suppliers, and regularly analyze and evaluate the service quality of suppliers;
7. Responsible for the collection of market competition intelligence to make the regional marketing customer acquisition ability more competitive among peers.
8. Responsible for regular review of all projects of the branch (monthly/quarterly/half-year/annual) to maintain good customer relationships;
9. Perform other tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
Job requirements:
- 5 years or more of sales and management experience in the international logistics industry, proficient in export sea, land and air, and international freight forwarding business;
- Priority will be given to those who have China-Mexico trunk logistics service providers and international freight forwarding customer resources;
- Self-driven, willing to accept challenges, and innovative;
- Good organizational skills, expression skills, adaptability, and business negotiation skills;
- English/Spanish can be used as a working language, and familiar with the local cultural customs and market environment;
