初级/高级操作员（Base：巴黎）

岗位职责

• 记录和维护仓库数据，清点货物数量及位置；
• 核实并处理订单、发货单和收货单，并保证其准确性；
• 每日进出仓库的货物的全部数据录入，登记入库及出库的货运单（CMR）数据；
• 完成出库前货运单的准备工作，并且进行文件扫描和相关文档的记录；
• 与上下游岗位协同工作，同时确保不同部门之间的沟通顺畅进行；
• 扫描进出仓库货物标签，并在相应的表格中进行记录，并在系统中登记；
• 完成日常运营数据的录入，包括条形码、库存单位、批次号等数据信息；
• 协调、监督或执行将供应商提供的货物或产品放入仓库中，以确保供应链流程正常运转；
• 仓库运输流程及空间分配的合理性优化；
• 负责仓库内货物的搬运和移动以及重新排布。

任职资格

• 须具备有效的在法国的工作和居留许可；
• 拥有扎实的沟通和管理能力，能够独立完成与相关部门的沟通，并完成仓库的内部和外部事务的管理；
• 了解WMS等类似仓库管理系统或软件，并且对仓库操作的全部程序程序有良好的了解和认知，具备对仓库及管理程序优化的意识；
• 具备强烈的责任感和团队精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；
• 具备至少1年（含）同行业或同岗位相关任职经验；
• 熟悉掌握如Office等办公软件的使用和操作；
• 拥有发现和解决问题的能力；
• 具备强烈的安全意识，并且善于及时发现并解决仓库操作中的安全隐患和操作风险；
• 精通法语、普通话和英语。

Junior/Senior Operator (Base: Paris)

Job Responsibilities

• Record and maintain warehouse data, count the quantity and location of goods;
• Verify and process orders, shipping and receiving documents, and ensure their accuracy;
• Enter all daily data of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and register the CMR data for inbound and outbound shipments;
• Complete the preparation work of the waybill before outbound, and scan the documents and record the relevant files;
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream positions while ensuring smooth communication between different departments;
• Scan the labels of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, record them in the corresponding form, and register them in the system;
• Complete the input of daily operational data, including barcode, inventory unit, batch number and other data information;
• Coordinate, supervise, or execute the placement of goods or products provided by suppliers into warehouses to ensure the normal operation of the supply chain process;
• Reasonable optimization of warehouse transportation process and space allocation;
• Responsible for the handling, movement, and rearrangement of goods in the warehouse.

Qualifications for the position：

• Must have a valid work and residence permit in France;
• Having solid communication and management skills, able to independently communicate with relevant departments and manage internal and external affairs of the warehouse;
• Understand warehouse management systems or software such as WMS, and have a good understanding and cognition of all the procedures for warehouse operations, with awareness of optimizing warehouses and management programs;
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure;
• Have at least 1 year (inclusive) of relevant work experience in the same industry or position;
• Familiar with and proficient in the use and operation of office software such as Office;
• Having the ability to discover and solve problems;
• Having a strong sense of safety and being adept at promptly identifying and resolving safety hazards and operational risks in warehouse operations;
• Proficient in French, Mandarin, and English.
