1. 仓库流程建立：根据总部供应链总体要求，建立、完善海外仓管理制度及管理流程，建立仓库管理标准化体系，确保海外仓库日常工作正常进行。
2. 仓库运作管理：根据总部供应链的要求，对海外仓进行仓库管理，完善仓库管理工作手册，严格控制库存，提高海外仓库物资的周转率，提高各仓库容率。
3. 仓储管理持续改进：开展仓储库存分析和储运破损率分析，制定改进计划。
4. 仓库成本管控：根据总部年度销售预测，制定海外仓年度预算并执行，监控海外仓各项费用支出，控制费用率。
5. 仓库人员培训：负责海外仓人员的培训，建立公司统一的服务标准，保质保量完成日常工作。

6. 本科以上学历，专业不限，管理类、物流类等相关专业优先。
7. 3年以上仓储相关岗位经验，有知名企业工作经验者优先。
8. 精通仓库管理、供应链管理等相关专业知识，掌握计划管理、物流管理工具及方法，了解财务管理相关知识。
9. 良好的沟通与协调能力，具备较高的问题解决能力及分析判断能力。
10. 高度责任感，务实敬业，愿意接受海外常驻工作

【 Job responsibilities 】
Warehouse process establishment: According to the overall requirements of the headquarters supply chain, establish and improve the overseas warehouse management system and management process, establish the warehouse management standardization system, and ensure the normal daily work of overseas warehouses.
Warehouse operation management: According to the requirements of the supply chain of the headquarters, carry out warehouse management for overseas warehouses, improve the warehouse management manual, strictly control the inventory, improve the turnover rate of overseas warehouses and improve the capacity rate of each warehouse.
Continuous improvement of warehouse management: carry out inventory analysis and damage rate analysis of storage and transportation, and make improvement plans.
Warehouse cost control: According to the annual sales forecast of the headquarters, formulate and implement the annual budget for overseas warehouses, monitor the expenses of overseas warehouses, and control the expense rate.
Warehouse personnel training: responsible for the training of overseas warehouse personnel, establish the company's unified service standards, and complete daily work with quality and quantity.
【 Qualification 】
Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, management, logistics and other related majors preferred.
More than 3 years experience in warehouse related positions, working experience in well-known enterprises is preferred.
Proficient in warehouse management, supply chain management and other related professional knowledge, master planning management, logistics management tools and methods, understand financial management related knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills, with high problem solving ability and analytical judgment ability.
High sense of responsibility, pragmatic and dedicated, willing to accept overseas resident work
