岗位职责:

  1. 全面人力资源管理:负责从战略到实施的完整人力资源周期,包括通过外部洞察和内部分析识别组织能力差距,制定相应的人力资源解决方案,提高组织效率。
  2. 建立人力资源系统:开发符合当地文化元素的人力资源系统、流程和文化。不断推动和巩固变革,确保可持续发展。
  3. 组织敏感性:为组织发展提供人力资源支持,包括招聘、培训、绩效评估、薪酬和员工关系。实施有效的解决方案,确保这些方面顺利进行。
  4. 建立组织文化:发展和增强组织文化,确保可持续健康发展。
  5. 有效沟通:与各级、各部门员工深入接触,有效沟通,确保组织内信息高效流通。
  6. 综合行政管理:监督所有行政运作,包括但不限于行政政策、流程和系统的制定、实施和本地化、EHS(环境、健康和安全)合规性以及与 AI 协调等外部联络任务。确保操作标准化、合规性和安全性。
  7. 当地员工管理:如果制造总监或仓库和物流运营总监不在位,可能需要管理墨西哥当地员工。
  8. 文化融合:建立适合墨西哥当地文化的公司文化。

 

岗位要求:

  1. 经验:5 年以上人力资源和行政工作经验,至少 2 年担任人力资源和行政总监的管理职位。在所有人力资源和行政管理相关领域拥有全面的经验和能力。
  2. 本地知识:非常熟悉当地有关薪酬、福利、员工关系、EHS 和其他人力资源领域的法律法规。能够有效地建立和实施此类系统。对当地人力资源市场和社会生态系统有敏锐的洞察力。
  3. 语言能力:精通西班牙语和中文或英语。
  4. 特点:负责任、灵活但有原则、思维清晰、能够承受压力、自律。
  5. 文化意识:理解和欣赏墨西哥和其他文化。

Position Title: HR and Administration Director  (base:Monterey, Mexico)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Human Resources Management: Responsible for the complete human resources cycle from strategy to implementation, including identify organizational capability gaps through both external insights and internal analysis, developing corresponding HR solutions, and improving organizational effectiveness.
  1. Build HR Systems: Develop HR systems, processes, and culture to align with  the local cultural elements. Continuously promote and solidify changes to ensure sustainable development.
  1. Organizational Sensitivity: Provide HR support for organizational development, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation,  compensation, and employee relations. Implement effective solutions to ensure these aspects are carried out smoothly.
  1. Build Organizational Culture: Develop and enhance the organizational culture to ensure sustainable and healthy development.
  1. Effective Communication: Engage deeply and communicate effectively with employees at all levels and departments to ensure efficient information flow within the organization.
  1. Comprehensive Administrative Management: Oversee all administrative operations, including but not limited to the establishment, implementation, and localization of the administrative policies, processes, and systems, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) compliance, and external liaison tasks such as coordination with AI. Ensure the operations are standardized, in compliance, and safe.
  1. Local Employee Management: May need to manage local employees in Mexico if the Manufacturing Director or the Warehouse and Logistics Operations Director are not in place. 8. Cultural Integration: Establish a company culture that is suitable for the local culture in Mexico.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in HR and administrative work, with at least 2 years in a management role as an HR and Administration Director. Comprehensive experience and capabilities in all HR and administrative management-related fields.
  1. Local Knowledge: Highly familiar with local laws and regulations regarding compensation, benefits, employee relations, EHS, and other HR areas. Capable of effectively building and implementing such systems. Keen insight into the local HR market and societal ecosystem.
  1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and either Chinese or English.
  1. Characteristics: Responsible, flexible yet principled, clear thinker, capable of handling pressure, and self-disciplined.
  1. Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of Mexican and other cultures.
